__init__
¶
__init__(file: Path | str, dataset: Path | str, verbose=True, bids_ds: BIDS_Global_info | None = None, file_name_manipulation: Callable[[str], str] | None = None)

flatten
¶
Transform from multi-file-mode (sequence buckets) to single-file-mode.
After calling this method, :attr:candidates is a flat

¶
Transform from single-file-mode back to multi-file-mode (sequence buckets).
Previously filtered files remain excluded. After calling this method
:meth:loop_dict can be used to iterate over sequence families.

filter
¶
filter(key: str, filter_fun: list[str] | str | Callable[[str | object], bool], required: bool = True) -> None
Remove candidates from the query that do not satisfy the filter.
In flatten mode (single-file mode), individual files that do not pass are removed. In unflatten mode (sequence mode), a sequence bucket is removed when no file in the bucket satisfies the filter.
Parameters:
| Name | Type | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
key
|
str
|
The entity to inspect. Special values: |
required |
filter_fun
|
list[str] | str | Callable[[str | object], bool]
|

|---|---|---|---|
filter_fun
|
list[str] | str | Callable[[str | object], bool]
|
A format string, a list of accepted format strings, or a callable predicate applied to the format label. |

filter_non_existence
¶
filter_non_existence(key: str, filter_fun: str | Callable[[str | object], bool] = lambda x: True, required=True) -> None
Remove family/file from the Searchquery if the filter condition is met.
(unflatten-mode) ANY single file exist in the family returns True
(unflatten-mode) the filter_fun returns True
If a key is not present the inverse of the "required" value is returned
Parameters:
| Name | Type | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
key
|
str
|
The key for which we filter. Can be "format", a filetype, a key from the info-dict In case of filetype + filter_fun is a callable you get a opened Nifti, opened json or Path |
